Grahbook is a 100% digital product. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted instantly upon successful payment.
Grahbook India operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. When you subscribe to any Grahbook plan, you are purchasing access to a digital service — not a physical product. This policy explains how delivery and fulfilment work for our digital and any incidental physical services.
Digital Product Delivery
Access to Grahbook's platform is delivered digitally and is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Here is what to expect:
Instant Access
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded and all features of your chosen plan are unlocked. No waiting, no downloads, no installation required.
Email Confirmation
A payment confirmation and subscription activation email is sent to your registered email address within minutes of successful payment.
No Download Required
Grahbook is a web-based platform accessible from any browser at grahbook.com. Our Android app is available for download from the Google Play Store. No setup fee, no installation CD, no physical media.
Enterprise Custom Integrations
For Samrat (Enterprise) plan subscribers who require custom software integrations, API development, or bespoke feature builds, the delivery timeline will be agreed upon in your enterprise agreement. Typical timelines:
- Standard integrations (e.g., custom webhooks, API connections): 7–14 business days
- Complex custom builds (e.g., ERP integration, white-label setup): 30–60 business days (as specified in your agreement)
- Training and onboarding sessions: Scheduled within 5 business days of account activation
All enterprise delivery timelines and milestones will be documented in your enterprise service agreement. For queries, contact your dedicated account manager.
Physical Documents (If Requested)
In rare circumstances, if a physical copy of an invoice, agreement, or other document is requested (for example, for legal or government submission purposes), we can arrange delivery of printed documents by courier. Please note:
- Physical document requests must be made via email to support@grahbook.com
- Documents will be dispatched within 3 business days of the request
- Delivery by courier typically takes 5–7 business days within India
- A courier and handling fee may apply for physical document dispatch
- Delivery to addresses outside India is not currently supported
Payment Delays
In rare cases, payment gateway processing may cause a short delay (up to 30 minutes) between payment confirmation and account activation. If your account is not activated within 2 hours of successful payment, please contact our support team immediately with your payment transaction ID.
Service Availability
Grahbook is available 24/7 (subject to scheduled maintenance windows, which are communicated in advance). The platform is accessible from all major browsers and devices across India, with no geographic restrictions within the country.
